Sorry.

It is, perhaps, an indication of how well we're settling in that I haven't been back to post in a few days. Well, that and the fact that I have tons of pictures I want to put up, but can't find the camera cord (or the software to load it onto Mr. Milkweed's computer, now that mine is dead).

I'm going to save you from mundane drivel like this by not posting again until I can really actually, um, post again. But until then, some random highlights:

1) Last weekend was the Second Annual 40th Reunion at Camp Chanco. Chanco ranks right up there with Harrisonburg as one of my most favorite places on the planet, and being able to not only be there again and see familiar faces but wake up in a chalet and walk down to the waterfront was practically spiritual. And then, during the morning prayer service on Sunday morning, a bald eagle flew overhead, and that WAS spiritual. It was an awesome couple of days, and I can't wait to be more involved with the Alumni Association.

2) I think I've finally killed all the black widows in the basement.

3) I found the Trader Joe's! This, too, is spiritual. ;')

4) Playdate tomorrow! Yay!

5) The first weekend in October, Tracy, Cary, Erika and I are staying in the Burg to mark my and Erika's birthdays. SO FREAKING EXCITED about this.

6) Mmmm...guacamole.
